How do I manage my closed forex trading account?
WHY HAS MY ACCOUNT BEEN CLOSED?
Your forex trading account has been closed because it was inactive for 24 consecutive months, there were no open positions and no funds were deposited.
WHAT CAN I DO IF MY FOREX TRADING ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED DUE TO INACTIVITY?
If this has happened and you want to resume trading with us, you'll need to open a new account using an alternative email address and username, along with new versions of your KYC and payment information.
WHAT IF I HAD FUNDS IN MY OLD INACTIVE ACCOUNT?
Even if there are funds in your account, it will be closed after the inactivity period. Your remaining balance will still be connected to your account. You’ll need to contact trading services to retrieve these at (312) 981-0499 or helpdesk.us@tastyfx.com.
CAN I WITHDRAW MY FUNDS FROM MY INACTIVE ACCOUNT?
You can withdraw your funds at any time.
