How do I withdraw funds if I have encountered a problem?
In order to return funds to a different source than the one from which they were deposited, we will need to verify all debit cards originally used to make your payments. This is due to anti-money laundering policies we have in place to be a US (United States) regulated broker.
To do this, please provide us with a statement to verify the original source of funds. This could be in the form of a scanned copy, screenshot or photo, clearly showing:
- Your full name
- The bank account & routing number
- An original payment to tastyfx
This is a one-off verification process per card you have used, and after it’s been successfully verified by our credit department the funds will be available to return to a different source.
